We are greatly concerned about how the headmaster of Mapanzure government high school is managing his teachers. There is a number of teachers who spent the whole day drinking beer at the local shops , leaving thier students in unattended. It is due to this reason that all the parents are grieved with the teaching staff at this school. Some parents have gone to the extent of approaching the headmaster to see if he can take any action but their efforts were in vein as no action was taken.
Below is the list of those teachers who are giving headaches to parents:
1)Mr Tauya _ this men illegally owns a bottle store and a butchery which is illegally operated and sometimes can go beyond operating hours claiming to be the hero of corrupt activities. He sell uninspected meat in his butchery hence leaving the community at risk. The same is very violent to and is always involved in public fighting a behavior which is no expected from him as a teacher.
2) Mr Manyewe : this men a quiet non violent but dangerous men to our students as he spend the whole week drinking beer at the local shops.
3) This is a very dangerous , quite and non violent teacher but who always be drinking beer at the local shops during lessons.
4) Mr Masa: this is a quiet, non violent teacher but at sometimes will be attending to his business during lessons, however this teacher knows how to manage his students and he results are not yet bad. We just want this person to be serious during lessons and attend to his business after work. Now that I have mentioned them, I personally appeal to the higher authorities- especially to the ministry of education at national level to transfer the following: Tauya, Manyewe, Wamambo and the headmaster Chauraya out of our province so that we can have a better learning environment for our children.
